What to Expect from Your Photography Experience

Honouring your motherhood story though beautiful, timeless images & custom heirlooms sounds daunting- I get it! Deciding which images to use for wall art or which image for the front of your album can be harder than working past the camera-shy jitters. And in most cases would leave you with digital files, lost in your camera roll forever, never to see the light of day. Fortunately, I follow a process that ensures you get out all you want and more, while guaranteeing that you and the fam stay calm, comfortable and stress free throughout it all – hubby included!

Step 1: Discovery Call

Having your portrait taken is such a personal and vulnerable experience. I get the best out of my clients when they feel that they can be completely relaxed with me in front of the camera. This is achieved through getting to know one another and seeing if we are a good fit!
This is a quick discovery call for each of us to get to know each other and understand what it is you’re looking for. If you and I feel that we’re a match, we’ll book in your session date and schedule your pre-session consultation. If email is more convenient for you, we can of course do this via email.

During our time together, we’ll take a look at exactly which walls in your home you want to feature your images on. Simply send me some photos of your desired wall space, and I can use my special software to present what your final designs will look like during our Image premiere & design consult

Step 3: Where All the Magic Happens

Your shoot day has finally arrived, and now I get to bring all your dreams to life. I understand that there may be some nervousness and shaky feelings; but rest assured – I’m here to make you feel confident and comfortable in front of my camera. The real objective of the session is to provide you with some time to just connect as a family, love your babies and you can leave the rest to me.

Step 4: Image Premiere & Purchase

A few weeks after your family photography session, we’ll meet virtually at our pre-booked Image Premiere & design consultation. This session is where I will showcase the beautiful memories we’ve captured and reveal what they’ll look like on your wall or in your album. 
Through my special software and skills, I’ll superimpose your images onto the wall images you sent through previously. I use my 20 something years of expertise to create timeless wall art pieces to showcase your family.
Using my simple process, you will choose your favourite images and products during this consultation, taking all the guesswork out.
